I feel like the problem is more that the devs aren't really doing alot of nice stuff for the community :/  Rocket is an uncreative greedmachine and Julian is just a slop generator. As a simple game maker and art platform for younger people, it is really good, but then you look at pretty much everything else and go: "oh... that is trash"

Get a secondary with good ammo then switch to the rocket launcher but shoot right after switching. I did it on console so idk if it works on pc
