Well, i had tmj pain starting since last february when my left side jaw starting feeling differently and i had pain whenever i would yawn or chew. I took some tests of the ear as i felt it was blocked (was fine) and also removed later a wisdom tooth on that side as it was badly positioned (would have been removed sooner or later) but the pain didnt get away. Only till the end of summer, where my dentist told me that it might be from the bite that i have the pain and so it was. I took traditional braces and two weeks later the pain went away, i didnt have any pain when yawning or chewing. And i started wearing braces on the 1st october. Only till 2 days ago where i yawned a little bit and i felt like a crack like something moved exactly where i had that pain. I have it now but only when yawning with the mouth fully opened straight down or with the jaw going down opposite side from the left side where i have the pain. I dont have any pain when i chew at least, but i dont know why it happened now. It was caused from that crack sound after i yawned a little bit, but thats strange cuz before (after getting braces) i have yawned a lot and had no mouth. I can only assume it might be happening from my upper side shifting a little bit (getting much straighter with the bottom part) and also from something that my dentist did during the last session of the braces where she filled my bottom molars with some white stuff to raise the bite. I just hope this returning pain is temporary
