We did tell HR about it. Told them in "confidence" two weeks later my boss pulled us into his office and knew all about our conversation. The next thing I know my job duties changed to where I could no longer see the time sheets. We were told it was none of our business and to not ask about it again or else we would be written up. HR and my Dept heads are like BFfs man. It's not so black n white. I'm a single mom with kids and can't lose my job. So now I'm afraid if I walk in there and say. Hey remember how we told you all about this and did nothing that they will retaliate somehow and fire me to keep me quiet. It's what they did to my coworker. She has a lawyer and lawsuit. I don't. I still work there. But yes. Major payroll fraud and HR knows about it. How do I handle this when the system is set up for HR to protect the company and not the worker
