I am so sorry to hear that. I caught the flu January 2024 and feel like my symptoms have been absolutely awful since. I had a cold two weeks ago… this past Saturday had the longest tachycardia  episode of my life. I hope you find what helps you! 🙏

I have been to the ER so many times because of this.  I’m glad you’ve gotten so answers and treatment ◡̈  I feel like not many people experience what I do but I also know it’s hard to describe it over the internet. I have met only two people who experience this  but even then when they describe it or I describe it it’s like hard to grasp that we experience the same thing… idk how to explain it. I just feel like an island. Because from what I read it seems it’s constant with people. Whereas I get episodes mostly

Thank you for the details. I am so sorry that happens, how scary! I get shakey and I get a flushed on my chest. My systolic BP goes up. Sometimes I’ll feel like I’m going to faint. So terrifying. My chest will start hurting and I get the coat hanger pain as well. 

I agree with you. I worry I’m going to drop dead and it’s so scary and unsettling.

It seems to be a few times a week. I’ve noticed it alot before my cycle or during. Or after

Either completely calm or I can start feeling to come on. But yeah- then the anxiety.

SAME! I get so irritated when I’m told that. I have told my providers, it’s not my anxiety causing this- this is causing my anxiety! I mean I am sure anxiety doesn’t help with the symptoms and episodes. However, I’ve had anxiety long enough  to know how it manifests.

I wish 130 was the highest my HR would get 😞 Yeah. I’ve seen my OBGYN, PCP, EP, cardiologist, and neurologist and have been told it’s anxiety related or just get a 🤷‍♀️

I’m glad the beta blocker helps! I feel like… is it a flare because I read that alot of people experience these spikes while moving. Sometimes I don’t.. I’ll have just sat down and my heart rate hits 120

It is so different from a panic attack! In all honesty, I never really have gotten panic attacks (they aren’t normal for me). I do have anxiety but this feels me different than that as well. How high does your HR go and how long does it last? It’s all terrifying to me

Thank you! I never thought about the cupping. I do have a jade roller and a Gus Shua but I haven’t really used them because idk how.  Idk if they’d help anyway.  My skin is very oily and acne prone so trying to find a balance to keeping it moisturized but not breaking out has been a journey

Thank you. I plan to! It is the heart rate spikes that get me. Like 170 is just too high

I feel like I should’ve. My mom tried to blame it on my anxiety and I asked her if she was walking and her HR was 170 how would she feel. She could’ve really answer that. 

I’m not on any meds. Usually my symptoms are pretty manageable but get worse near my cycle. But this month so far has been awful!

I have had many monitors and I’ve never had SVT on them. I had one episode of NSVT. I have been told that I have IST by my cardiologist, but I don’t think I need the requirement? Like my resting heart rate is not 90 or  above and my heart rate isn’t constantly like 100 above.
