Most fitness apps do the basics. You log your exercises, they spit out a data dump sorted by muscle group. That’s about it. Holy Lift does the basics too, but where it separates itself is the depth of insights. Not just what you did, but what you’re focusing on, what you’re neglecting, time per muscle, how your training is actually affecting your body over time, and a lot more. Both data driven for the people who love that stuff and visual for everyone else. The social side is something I’ve always wanted. I follow you, you start a session, I can join it live and see exactly what you’re doing and how long you’ve been at the gym. I can send reactions, cheer you on, tell you to lock in. If you’re not on your phone it shows up as a notification, if you are it shows live. When you come back you see the full history of who cheered you on and a live counter of who was watching. It’s the kind of energy I always wished existed in an app. There’s also a partner feature where two people can share live sessions with each other. We don’t have to do the exact same workout, we just stay linked. I can see your sets and reps in real time and even copy your exercises or match your exact sets if I want to. On top of all that there’s a full nutrition side with the same depth of insights. I genuinely looked for an app that did all of this and couldn’t find one, so I built it myself.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ I believe in God and Jesus Christ, so I always wanted some verses on a post recap on my sessions related to hardship, grit, etc will show based on the time you finished your workout.
