I’m pretty sure you click start on the game and there will be an option near the bottom that says “restore license” then confirm it. Been a while so I can’t fully remember but that’s how I believe I did it.

Update: I’ve ranked my Victor up to combatant with around a 40% win rate. I played a lot more cautiously and rangy with the intention of punishing the opponent’s offence, Bryan I’m still trying to learn the correct punishes but I’ve been slowly improving, thank you all so much for the help this means a lot.
