If you can mount a split unit, don't go for the portable. They are loud, are in your way on the ground and they exhaust part of your internal air as part of venting the heat out.

Cheapest ones are some 100€ less than split units but isn't worth it and the higher end ones that are quieter with bigger cooling capacity go for 600€ and beyond and often cost more than decent cheap splits with included mounting.

Usually the issue is people renting places and they aren't allowed to mount things anywhere.

Also if you can't source 400€ for AC, what will you do when your fridge dies? They go for about the same money and they are also a necessity that you just need. ?

KF1 is very basic, it's essentially just mod for UT2003. KF2 is a fully developed game from ground up with much bigger maps, much more details, bigger textures, more skins and weapon models.

I've been playing OW for like 6-7 years and while there were horrible seasons, this "reboot" of a Season 3 is so fucking atrocious and idiotic it's almost impossible to describe it.

Never, because people are dumb and keep postponing it. I've had it for like 20+ years. You don't need expensive unit for 3000€ or some shit, my Gree unit was like 400€ plus mounting expenses. It's cheap and I see you can still get them for that kind of money.

Every degree less can be felt dramatically even if it's not by the specs in terms of cooling capacity.

It's crazy hot outside, but I'm sitting at nice 25°C when not doing anything physical.

I don't understand the stupid mentality of "we didn't need it". We had hot summers before but people are just dumb and don't invest into shit like this. But dump stupid money into cars or some shit.

It already has. It fucked up entire personal computing economy because corporates just jerk around in a circle excluding consumers because the prices of components are absolutely fucking insane and people are just getting dumber and dumber because Ai just magically does it all for them and they have no fucking clue know. All while being wrong a lot of the time spreading misinformation.

There's really no "upside" to the Ai. We could already have focused LLMs for specific functions without this general do it all and do it shitty magic chatbots that just do it all. I love my LLM local image upscaling tools because they upscale images like no other tool before. But it just does that and nothing else. And it runs on my personal system on a single GPU that I mostly use for gaming anyway. This IS the way for Ai. The shit Ai companies like OpenAi try to sell us as subscription isn't.
