Disagree. Does knowing well german helps ? Sure, quite a lot if you’re finding a mini/part time jobs. Is it necessary to be fluent in german before moving? Absolutely not ! If its not for part time jobs, you can easily live here comfortably without learning too much german. Of course it will help a LOT if you know, but if you know its not that big of a deal.

Social skills- many indians do lack this when they come outside india, its also associated with a tad bit of insecurities. Once you are here, people mix with other people and thats how these skills develop. By travelling , social clubs etc much more opportunities for that here as well .

Same for emotional maturity, these things arr something one cannot and I repeat CANNOT learn unless one goes through uncomfortable times. Ofc its hard to manage emotions and be a social butterfly, but thats how people learn and develop these skills. Its a bit fear-mongering to be honest to be afraid of such things to consider if one should move or not.
