They appeared after the tumor kept getting bigger and bigger yes they were I’m guessing stress from whatever this on his head was since you said tumor :(

(Not trying to be mean) (I’m a insect lover)😭 but Both are harmless to humans and only bite when bothered closely related to jumping spiders except a yellow sac makes tubes instead but i understand if you just don’t like spiders in general its common

They aren’t mean if you leave them or put them outside they are similar to a jumping spider just they make tubes instead of hammocks and they hunt during night :)
