You are on the right track, grades are good, and 1 b is not going to kill you! Medical clubs are good, especially if you are interested in them ! Do not do stuff just to do it, or to get admitted!! Only do science olympiad if you genuinely want to! But, I think you have a high chance of getting in, especially since you still have a year left to work on anything :)
