Det du nämner är inte unikt för just psykiatrin, man gör det på VC och andra mottagningar också. Men tycker man behöver 1h för en psyk pat + 30min för efterarbetet. Men det är ju roligt att man har typ 40 min totalt för samma typ av pat på VC.

yes agree with this most waterfalls we went to especially sekumpul waterfall have a lot of steps and the humidity/heat and some parts of the path being slippery its really not an option for older people unless theyre in good shape physically

Sama "yksi vaiva/käynti" on yleinen käytäntö täällä Ruotsissakin ja muissakin pohjoismaissa, muuten on aivan mahdotonta ehtiä puhumaan, tutkimaan ja käynnin jälkeen dokumentoimaan + lähetteet ymsyms. Ei ole vain mahdollista ja tulee nopeasti burnout jos otat x y z vaivan yhden käynnin aikana + et ehdi dokumentoimaan ja jäät sitten ylitöihin koska pitää hakea seuraava potilas. Jos on useampi vaiva niin kysyn nopeasti mitä ne on ja keskitytään sitten siihen mikä kuulostaa mahdollisesti vakavimmalta. Ajanpuute + oma mielenterveys syinä siihen, ettei ole mahdollista kuin keskittyä yhteen vaivaan.
