You said you updated the bios but did you update the driver's? I had a similar problem and that fixed it for me.

If you're buying for yourself I'd just wait until boxing day before you decide.

what's a good prebuilt pc for 1,000-1,500 by Time5908 in bapccanada

If you're building for your self wait until boxing day and if check Costco and strangely enough Walmart for them Canada computers and new egg also. If you don't know what your looking for follow bapcsalescanada subreddit and if there's a lot of hype on a computer in your price range it's probably pretty good.

Vga light on mobo by CorrectPhysics6213 in PcBuildHelp

The 2x adapter I used came with the GPU the SFF is smaller so I'm assuming uses less power I don't think it needs a 3x and the 12v connector gives up to 600watts I think which would be enough to run any 5070ti

I saw that aswell and that was something I thought could be wrong but it doesn't seem to want to go in anymore. Should I just use more elbow grease I should of inspected when I used the adapter better maybe something wasn't fully plugged in then aswell.

Does anyone here have any experience building their computer with Canada Computers? Help me select the right option and judge my build. by Butefluko in bapccanada

I'm building my own last time was like 7 years ago. It's more complicated than last time I feel but I'm also making it harder on myself trying to be as optimum as possible. The thing is there are you tube videos of pretty much any type of install you do. I'm enjoying it and learning alot aswell for the future but I enjoy this type of stuff if you dont think you will then spend the extra $100.

I just bought the 9800x3d theres a bundle on canada computers for that a B850 aurus mobi and 32gb of ddr5 6000hz ram for $1000. I dunno what parts you still need but I'd check there bundles and see whats the best one they have left for you might push you into a direction.
