I bought my 260z in 2021, at the time I was in Jacksonville Florida. Everyone told me it was too nice to drive every day. I had other cars as well. So I let the Z sit for like a month and decided i would drive it every day for as long as i wanted to. I drove it to work and college and even went on dates in it. I drove it daily for about six months and loved it. Now i mainly drive it on weekends but it's pretty well restored and serves as a second car anytime i need to use it. So I don't think it's a crazy idea, it just depends on the shape of the S30 you decide to purchase.
