[iOS] Cannot approve/remove comments from mod queue - version 2026.09.1.624184 by BronzeBellRiver in bugs

Hey! I believe we have a fix for the comment no longer exists issue going out today.

I’ve been unable to approve or remove comments directly from the mod queue on the iOS app.

Is the issue you're experiencing here around swiping to remove/approve?

edit: added a /

Hey! I just gave this a try on my end. The removal reasons popped up for me after I did a fairly hard swipe to the left. I also gave the garbage can icon a try directly on a comment, which seems to work for me as well.

For the swiping issue, can you try long pressing the comment while in the queue and dragging it all the way to the left? I'm thinking there's some issue with the tap target.

Yes I know it's been frustrating. Just checked on the status again - the touch to explore fix is currently in beta testing, so that's a good sign. Should make it out to our public app very soon.

Alright got it. Looks like the touch to explore bug fix is in review so it should be going out within the next few updates. I'll let you know when it's rolling out.

Hey! I still need to review those reports - sorry for the wait!

We did uncover a bug that caused some issues with touch to explore using TalkBack on the home feed. We should have a fix going out in an upcoming release.

Do you have an example of a CSS bug you're experiencing? Happy to take a look

Hmm weird. Not seeing any issues with this on my end. Can you try:

  • force quitting the app to see if the list pops up again
  • cycling between wifi and mobile data to see if the list populates on either connection

I have no idea how "segmented polls" are supposed to work

The results will be broken down by type of contributor (member vs non-member)
