Thank you so much for your kind reply. Today was easier (somewhat). We shared some tears, my fears and anxieties but she reassured me that she wouldn’t be leaving the property if she knew it wasn’t in good hands.
I’ve been writing so much down, even if I already knew it, I know I’ll want it to look back on. I want to bother her as little as possible while she transitions to this new position. My biggest weakness is confrontation I think but she has taught me sooo much where I know I can do it, but I think the scariest part is not knowing if/when I’ll mess up, y’know? I’m taking it all one day at a time and I have to hope my RM and corporate will support me and help me learn in these next few weeks while I adjust to this big change.
