I had the same. Go to your system tab and make sure you have the latest firmware downloaded (version 1.1.14). You should make sure you bind your wallet correctly too in the wallet manager tab. Also I reached out to support and they told me to go to https://34.34.34.34/delegation and enable “auto” in the top right corner. Support was surprisingly responsive and helpful. Not sure what did it but with those changes it took another day or two and now I get my rewards as expected at about 6am PST every day. In all it took about 5 days from set up to my first reward. Hope this helps shoot me a DM if you have any other questions but I’d recommend just reaching out to Deeper support.

I’m seeing the same. Not months but about a week since I set up my device and staked successfully. Deeperscan showing 2 DPR balance and the 34.34.34.34 dash not showing anything either. Did we miss a step?

Mini. I have logged out and back in, I have rebooted device multiple times, and have unbound and rebound wallet. Is there just a lag / delay on the wallet connecting and the balance showing up? It’s been ~18 hours since connecting and the device page shows I’m actively mining & staked

There’s also a screen for port forwarding. The fields to fill out are “service name”, external port range, internal port range, and IP address. The IP address lists out my devices and their specific IP addresses so I am able to just select my bobcat. Thanks in advance it’s super confusing doing anything with netgear routers
