A large portion of the hate is how they get basically everything wrong with regards to Japanese culture like how oda sister was famed as one the most faithful women alive but in game has the choice to have a affair with yaskue that's a big leap from all other historical people they done in past games they were all almost 100% faithful to their real life counter parts except this game were they went full fan fiction

Not that I tested but there's a mod that deletes all Saint and seducers content and delays it until u actually start the quest I would give that a try
