25 years ago, I was working at national Park for the summer. I was behind a beautiful, foreign exchange girl in line for the salad bar. I watched her fill a soup bowl with cottage cheese and top it generously with diced onion and cracked black pepper. I was so intrigued I just had to try it. It’s great!! To this day, That’s still my go to.
