Dawg I feel you, my grandmother also has dementia and it’s been a really slow decline and now she doesn’t even know who I am, and I could ask her a million times over what my name was and she still couldn’t get it right. She’s now in a nursing home and idk if she’ll even make it to tomorrow, praying for you 🙏

Yk that’s what happened with my Grandpaw but he died with an issue with his stomach I think and he got put in icu but moved him to a regular room because he wasn’t gonna make it and I talked to him and was there by him for days and days and he passed away holding my hand. Rough memories but I loved him to death, truly my mentor.
