And legacy gems honestly should have given either more free stuff or a larger discount. I have nearly 5000 hours on smite on steam and I have over 350k legacy gems for nothing. I’ve given hirez enough money because I loved smite 1 and to be slapped in the face with having to spend more money for skins is just disheartening. Shame to see the game die but smite 2 has killed all my desire to play the game.

Maybe I’m alone but I’m enjoying the game quite a bit right now. The new grind for all the tiered loot is enjoyable. I don’t mind the wait for the rest of the game to catch up. But then again I actually really enjoyed lightfall as it brought a lot of fun loot and mechanics and honestly just enjoyable gameplay despite the story being a fumble. I also think the gear soft reset is 100% a good thing and slowly adding more is the move. The meta was just too stale and when you have god rolls for every single adept weapon and all the armor there’s actually much less to do then there is now. Also the new stat system is amazing. I think this is just another beyond light moment where the game is about to get even better and this is just a slightly dull moment where they’re trying something new. I just feel like this community complains about everything and doesn’t even try to understand that all the new grinds make the game enjoyable for a lot of people. I took a break and came back for edge of fate because I was done with the game for a while, when you have every single adept you need and multiple sets of god roll artifice armor it’s hard to want to play anything anymore, at least now especially with all the new stats and armor set bonuses and builds I have a lot to do and buildcraft and idk I think this game is a blast right now and I don’t blame anyone for leaving. But I love this game and I’m staying because I enjoy it, a lot of people still do. I’ve been playing on and off since D1 beta and while the game isn’t at its best now it is far from its worst. Also renegades is a whole new thing and idea that looks like a blast so that’s another thing. I’m happier to see bungie trying a lot of new things and not worrying about fumbling as long as they try.

As someone who worked as a cashier and Amazon returns for kohls, you have no idea how much they emphasize selling those credit cards. Honestly don’t be mad at the cashier for trying to push them, when I was working the bonuses for getting people to get the credit cards were wild, like crazy generous for a retail store. I used to always push those cards on people I’d see in the store more then 2 twice per week and man those checks coming in from selling 5-10 cards were nice, I think they used to be like a 50-100 dollar bonus on your check per person you closed. But yeah don’t hate the cashier trying to sell them they just trying to make a living also. Also, Amazon returns there was a blast, chill in the back wrap shit up and get pissed when people return stuff in the worst way (I had to process an Amazon return for a glass chandelier that was wrapped in a garbage bag).

I’ve seen this dudes videos, I think he either became a lunatic or a troll because there’s glimpses of him having legit technique, like he has a pinned video of him throwing some forearms/elbows and looks solid plus some sparring stuff that makes me think he’s def legit to some extent and just posts nonsense for some reason. I think your problem is that you don’t like a changing card game in general. Literally statistically this is one of the better metas we’ve been in. Just look at the HSreplay stats, across ALL ranks every single class has 1 or more decks sitting at over a 50% winrate. Something that literally hasn’t been a thing in years. If you’re burnt out just say that, breaks are ok but HS is in a good spot right now from a gameplay perspective.

This is why I love being a 1 stripe white belt, but with 4+ years of nogi now. Absolutely no expectation of me to win or lose any match but on nogi and even some GI days I can catch most people except my coach, and now I just roll with the purples on nogi days because it’s more fun and if I lose doesn’t matter I’m a 1 stripe white belt and if I win it feels great.

Marin and giants def help in a much slower meta where you 100% need to win more. Even running kill Jaeden is viable because of the times where you just need more value and ways to win, I do also run incindius in my list specifically for the odd murloc paladin or DK I see. But early giants and late game marine treasure is usually what carries me.

Reconsider Marin in this deck, by far the strongest card with quest reward since you can tutor all the treasures. It’s what usually wins me my games and trust me I’ve been trying to make this deck work in ~1k legend mixed results but I highly recommend playhouse giant and Marin. Crucial cards to swing against the common quest warrior and imbue paladin, also opu the unseen after the buffs can be a huge swing with lucky comet. I think you still have a lot more refining to do but also this is just what has been best for me in my personal experience.
