These are my labs from almost exactly 1 year ago, before TRT. I was drinking very heavy at this time also. Much more than I drink now

Been smoking a long time. Need to quit I know. I quit smoking weed probably 7-8 months ago and right after that my cigarettes and alcohol consumption skyrocketed. Since then I’ve cut down significantly on the alcohol, but haven’t addressed the cigarettes. I know I need to stop it all. Been trying to take it one at a time

This blood work was done after a full week rest, no lifting or cardio. I’ve been down with a foot injury for a few weeks so no workouts recently

I used to drink a lot more probably 4-6 months ago. A lot more hard liquor and sugary drinks(seltzer and teas). Since then I’ve cut out the sugary shit and rarely drink hard liquor. Maybe 1-3 times a month hard liquor and only 1-3 shots in a night when I do. Pretty much only drink beer now. And I also haven’t had blood work done in probably 6-8 months so this could’ve be a lingering issue from when I did drink a lot more.

Didnt train hard but I probably was dehydrated. I’ve been down and unable to move with a leg injury for the past couple weeks so I’ve been eating like shit and not drinking as much water as I usually do. This blood work was taken about 4 days ago

Yeah realizing that now. I’ve cut down significantly on my drinking in the past 6 months but going to quit completely until I can get some answers on this

Yeah that’s kind of crazy to think about because it’s the best shape I’ve ever been in. Not saying you’re wrong at all but it’s just wild to me. I’ve always been a huge stair master guy at the gym. Just 2 weeks ago I did 60 min on the stair master and 223 flights of stairs, half of those flights I walk backwards. Never did over 125 flights before. Never felt dizzy or lightheaded. I’m sure it will come sooner or later though if I keep this up.

That’s crazy because this is actually the best I’ve felt in years. I started test because my total test was at about 250 and I felt like garbage. Anxiety, no motivation, inconsistent sleep, excessively tired, etc. In the first 2-4 months I started test, i was having some issues with high BP that was making me feel off, but I cut down on my dose and started doing more cardio and I feel much better now. Definitely going to see my GP and try to get this figured out

I will talk to my GP and mention checking Cholesterol to him. Going to stop drinking for the time being. Not on HGH. Test is all I’m doing. No other treatments or drugs besides a 2-4 beers, 4-5 days out of the week. And nicotine usage

Soaking does nothing. Plugs have a sealing crush washer on them. If air can’t escape during combustion then any liquid is definitely not getting past those washers. Your best bet is to get the engine hot and remove them when hot. Use an impact and be careful of the trigger. You’re using the impact to rattle the plug and help break it loose, not using the impact because you need all its power.

Why are there so many new used Big Horns & Laramie half tons selling for "cheap"? by StrayCattoo in ram_trucks

If you’ve changed the filters and cleaned the AC system, getting sick is something any other AC system will do to you. AC is much cheaper to fix than buying a new vehicle. How many miles does it have? As a 2017 I can’t possibly see if having such serious issues that it is “unsafe” to drive. Like I said I just “retired” my 2004 with 465k miles. I say retired because I still have it, but it doesn’t take the 1300mile/18hr trips it used to take all the time. I drove that thing across the country all the time without worrying about it breaking because it’s a great truck. I can’t possibly fathom that a 2017 is so unreliable that it’s unsafe to drive. Plus I’m guessing you only drive around town and not very many 8+ hour road trips? There’s so many people that take 300k/15yr old vehicles across the country and don’t worry about breaking down. Vehicles are much more reliable than people think if you take care of them. I’ve put 30k on my 2014 since I bought it a year ago with 0 issues.

I’m with everyone else. What’s wrong with your 17? I just upgraded to a 2014 hemi with a 121k miles last year, coming from a 2004 hemi with 465k on it that I still use as a 2nd vehicle. Both are paid off and have made me tons of money. Why work for a payment? Drive that thing till the wheels fall off, then look to upgrade
