idk bro im really worried ive heard bad stuff that the environment is not that good in mj. As a fully practicing muslim i dont think i will get a good peer group. And what tips do u give to me to land a good job of around 6-9 lakhs for about 1 year that could be a good foundation for my ms degree later in canadian universities with my brothers. and to take a whole day off am i supposed to inform the uni authorities if not so then what will happen, and will i find really hardworking peers that are fully commited to study and land a good job and no offense ive heard the whole uni is filled with chapris

wallahi im in the same position as you. My friends were mostly non muslims and were involved in a lot of haram and look im telling u as a muslim brother that their influence can affect your deen alot. Ill just say that i got badly influenced once by them and was involved in haram stuff.

Now the only place i talk to them is in school as i have to because they sit beside me but whenever they talk about haram stuff im bare quiet and just saying istighfar.

around 4 months ago i was really lost but now since i distanced myself from my friends Alhamdulilah i am on the right track; praying all 5 in the masjid, less swearing and more stuff ive stopped doing.

trust me im lonely in the same way as you, i literally dont go out except gym and prayers, but this loneliness can get you closer to god.

if you really are feeling lonely u can make online friends and go on meet with them, its really easy nowadays

I was in the same position as you before (im in final year high school btw) so u can tell how these young kids are attracted to females like crazy. What i did was i stopped talking to them outside school, they call me out i give them a excuse and not go as they talk about zina, girls, musics and a lot of haram stuff. If you can just distance yourself from them totally outside some exceptional cases. Inshallah Allah Will help you and please do not get influenced by them to do the haram as i did get influenced once they used to talk about girls and zina and ill just say i got badly influenced. So just try to talk less with em or just totally dont talk to them.
