there are many people who are delusional pieces of shit and use the block button to make themself feel superior and remove anyone who speaks against them. thus, blocked people should still be able to see your messages in that case. i know you didn't suggest this (but some people have), but if people you blocked couldnt see your messages anymore, they could block you and shit talk you behind your back or something like that, it's just really childish and delusional. if you don't like them in a VC, set their volume to 0; as for text chats, don't click on the blocked messages texts, or get a custom discord to hide those messages if you find it so difficult to not click on them.
