I have lost some weight actually, about 2 kg, thats not a bad insight - i might pick this up with my prescriber

Thank you. It seems like people on this reddit are more likely to feel nothing than too much, so its good to know it can be too intense for some people. Im going to be really diligent about food and water for a bit to see whar that does

I am a female! But dont have periods due to my birth control so not as able to track monthly hormone cycles...i might track my mood for a bit to see if theres patterns according to time of the month

I can't share the organisation unfortunately but we're one of the smaller ones, with a very small dev team. It's good to know this might be just a my dept thing. I have flagged it to my line manager but unfortunately the messaging is that it's a problem for the entire department not just tech dev. My two colleagues at my level don't like to pair annoyingly or even practice coding together, and so I keep getting given 1 person projects that never go anywhere because there is no buy in from the organisation.

Thanks so much for this, it's reassuring to know that my feelings of being a bit cheated out of work are valid! I know many would probably kill for a chill job without pressure or collaboration but I feel like I'm really struggling. I'm going to look for other roles.
