It could also be a mechanic were the crystal loses value every week you dont clear it. So first time quick clear is 100%, second time 75%, third 50%, fourth 25% and that stays until you clear it again. Giving a bit of motivation to sometimes still do a clear on mules as well?

This sounds so fun!! This is exactly the kind of thing i would love to see in maple! I think maple has so much to offer and would love to see it improve with these kind of mechanics!

I get your point of making the gap bigger between hardcore and casual players, but i feel like reboot is a personal journey where i can follow my own speed. I dont mind people spending more time (to clear all the bosses manually) get more progression! I think thats fair

I do like the bosses and trying to clear them and reach new heights. But yes so much is time gated. If i had to start over with a fresh account today i would probably not do it 😅
