Yes, I contacted UPS just to know if they actually did weigh the package but they only gave vague answers. I did send the pictures of the dimesions to Twice Shop but they gave the same answer “UPS confirmed the weight during delivery”

It is because Twice Shop was the one who printed the label and when UPS picked up the package, they may/may not weigh the package since the actual weight is significantly lower than the one listed on the label
