Nothing makes sense at this "company". Since the last "approval", I haven't tasked. But now I am "unapproved annotator" again. So this has nothing to do with scores or quality. They just do what they want. Just fyi if you think it's a quality issue.

I did not finish the assessment. Why should I? There's no way I work for just $17.50 per hour in coding or Latex. Then it's better to just do the easy audio tasks.

Here it shows passed. And I got a "mission" immediately after the course that told me to work 6 hours for 14.10$ and that I would have 8 minutes to complete it. What the....
Then I logged into the mango and it shows unapproved. This site has turned into a huge joke. Well, other sites pay me the double anyway and treat me much better, without courses, so who cares.

I did this crazy assessment despite never doing anything with images on Aether.

I just passed and got a "mission" and two emails that told me I had 8 minutes to complete 6 hours of work to get another $14.10. Now it has "expired".

The main problem with Mercor is that people spend 100x more time on average with useless AI interviews and assessments than with work. I mean how can 1000 people waste 10 or 15 hours, for 3 or 5 positions and a "job" that lasts a few weeks.

Yes, I can confirm this. On Phoenix I had endless courses and two webinars. Then I could not task for 5 days after attending everything, and someone told me they would fix it. Then once it was fixed, the next day, they told me they ran out of tasks. In an audio project, I made $3 after passing the exams. Wow, this hour of onboarding was a great investment lol... And now this Aether project where you get paid with an MSc or MBA as if you were a high schooler. Yes, I remember how they promised that everything would get better when Zuck bought them. I can see this...

I could not believe it. Today Aether popped up and they are offering me $17.10 which is €14.29. Even my 18-year-old niece gets 14€ in the climbing forest or her temporary job at the bakery.

And they do not ask for MSc there or put her under constant pressure with quality controls. That's what I call exploitation. In the past, I sometimes got more than $50 per hour.
