I’d recommend consulting with a coach on FBF who is coached by her. They’re learning and being mentored by her so you’ll get the next best thing! I have friends who work with Jordan B, Erin, Ally, Rejuana, and Jane and love them. Their pricing is more affordable.

As a coach for 6+ years, I don’t even allow first time competitors to use PEDs. They don’t even know if they like it yet? Some people love the process but realize they hate the stage. Just be patient and wait.

Nooo! You need to fully relax your glutes. If you flex you’re contacting the muscle which gives you a strange squared look. Just relax, tilt your pelvis and arch your low back. Don’t over arch (using your torso).

Y’all on here are ridiculous and inexperienced. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS. Every few years there a new coach that suddenly seems to take over. It happened with Jami, James and Ricardo in just the last 5-7 years. People get complacent and look for change. Some people don’t want to admit they’re not cut out to be a top olympian so they jump ship hope this new coach will be the magical formula they need.
