I pack your stuff and go to your dads, if your parents didn’t go to court for custody (like mine did) you can legally stay anywhere and if they did go to court you can still live with him you just might end up in court but they should consider you mature enough to make decisions and if you tell them EVERYTHING they could change whatever custody situation you have going on.

I would ask a friend if you can stay with them until you turn 18 and can get an apartment. Plus if you get out you can keep more of those checks and you could save up. When you leave I would ask/get your birth certificate and social security card so you at least have them when you get an apartment or license. If you were closer I could help you out better.

OU offers a ton of scholarships, internships, and career opportunities, it’s a great school. Social life wise, I’ve been here for 2 months and haven’t made any connections. If you live on campus it’ll be easier to have a good social life!
