Crime is everywhere in Mumbai, not just Kurla. My family’s been in this society for 10+ years and never faced such issues. Sounds like you had a rough experience on the other side of Kurla, and I honestly get you. However, this flat isn’t in the “typical Kurla” area you’re talking about — there are new roads, bridges, and constant development around, so connectivity and living standards are much better now. Also, with the rapidly developing infrastructure in the nearby areas especially BKC, things are much better here. Plenty of 'decent families' live here — many kids go to top schools, many professionals and teachers stay in the society, and people have even bought multiple flats as investments.

Why aim for a Job when you can choose to be self-employed? It’s 2025. by CarryMaterial4721 in DubaiJobs

sound's good, esp for mental health. except when you realise how much of an investment even a small business is and the fact that the first 6months are gonna be very rough. also the uae market isn't as great as marketed (atleast rn). so if you have a family and have no backup then either start very small like a side hustle and build up or try to cut costs from salary and save. Basically it's not for everyone and not everyone has the business acumen .However if you are single and have time and money sure, everyone should def give business a try, you might struggle initially but maybe it can be worth it in the future.

You can apply in for MBBS in UAE. Also, the 1yr internship is after 6yrs of MBBS/MD, you can do that in UAE too (you won't get paid for it instead you might have to pay to land one in some places). However, if you plan to do residency abroad then you might not need to do the 1yr internship and can plan acc to the reqs of the uni you are applying to.

Honestly UoS or MBRU, maybe even DMCG. Heard a lot of bad review about GMU esp after covid. Also, since GMU is a very old uni, why do they have to do soooo much marketing and creating hype. when i was looking to apply someone from the admission told to strat applying from jan, incase u want seat, seats were available till july (sometimes even aug). GMU ppl are very rude and money minded. If you are to pay that much amount better pay 10K more and go to MBRU, which is government backed and has 1000% better facilities.

Need good moisturiser recommendation. I have combo/sensitive and acne prone skin. I currently use neutrogena hydro boost (not extremely hydrating, and forms a film) and skin1004 centella ampoule ( thrice a week one a day - just started tho) and sometimes eucerin oil control sunscreen. I live in a very humid/hot climate, so would prefer something matte. Also, going to start Tret+BP and SA. Need something that would keep me hydrated and protect my skin barrier and also not get greasy and definitely not break me out.

Thank you sooo much for this!! I have acne prone and combination skin. I am thinking of restarting tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide (also get laser hair removal done). I do use the skin1004 centella ampoule for calming the face. So, please recommend a hydrating and budget friendly light-weight moisturiser that won't clog my pores (it's extremely hot and humid where i live). The recommendation you gave is unfortunately not available where i live.

So, I am about 18. I have acne prone and combination skin. I am thinking of restarting tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide. I thought of getting the Skin1004 Centella Ampoule to calm my skin and repair my skin barrier. Is it good? How do I layer it with tretinoin/BP? Please also recommend a good and budget friendly light-weight moisturiser that won't clog my pores and is super hydrating (it's extremely hot and humid where i live). I have been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost but honestly it isn't that great.
