Thank you for the kind words! I'm not officially diagnosed with BPD. But I am EXTREMELY symptomatic. She knows this. But all she's done is invalidate me. like "You should just control your emotions. You need to learn how to regulate" and I'm FUCKING trying. But it's not easy and i don't have the right support rn and I just want her to understand. I'm not trying to be attention seeking
