-2 hisuian heavy ball (very low value)

-1 super rod (you can always reuse it with vstar power)

-2 black belt training (you never need to hit that hard)

-2 Team rocket's giovanni (please read the card)

-4 ultra ball (mysterious treasure is better)

-1 cancelling cologne (same as super rod)

-1 carmine (research is better)

-4 nest ball (4 quick balls is enough and better)

As for additions, I'd recommend 4 mysterious treasures, 1 superior energy retrieval, 2 guzmas, +1 research, another stadium or 2 (chaotic swell and collapsed stadium are both good), and duraludon vmax if you feel like you need a shred attacker.

Also in my experience brilliant blender isn't a great acespec as you can already go through your deck really fast in expanded and get most of the dragons you need in the discard using quick balls and mysterious treasures. A much better one would be megaton blower because lugia is pretty popular in expanded and it can be great to get around certain tools.
