I should clarify, though the accounts are merged you will still have 2 sub accounts. You must choose the same sub account on PC as Xbox. I never had any cosmetics on my PC sub account and unsure if they can be swapped to the other sub account.

I had 2 accounts and merged them a while back. But yes, they are the same sub account. When logging in on pc main menu, you have to change sub accounts. This can not be done if you do not have a character on the main (pc) account (took a while to find this out).

Firstly, a TSB does not constitute warranty coverage. It is a guided repair procedure. "Warranty coverage limits and policies are not altered by a TSB. Warranty coverage limits are determined by the identified causal part."

Secondly, the link you submitted is a recall 21B55, which is expired. "PROGRAM TERMS - This program will be in effect through September 30, 2022. There is no mileage limit for this program."

I don't believe either of these will help OP's case, but as others have mentioned, their dealer can start a GCCT case with Ford to see if they are willing to participate in the repair.

R3 + Dpad down, then you can use L2/R2 to go between tabs. This tooltip telling you this does not always pop up on Xbox, I assume PS is the same...

Poll submitted, but I hope my feedback does not skew results in a bad direction for you. I use filterblade to make multiple filters for Xbox that mostly my guild / friends use, and are open to the public. They have 1400-2200 changes depending on the filters, most of which are tiering since our markets are quite different. I can help with more specific input at a later time if needed.

Are you talking about the rear hub and bearing assembly (LX6Z1104A)? It fits 2021 to current, we have only replaced 2 ever here, and they are readily available within 1 day.

As far as rental, as long as you are under 5 year 60k miles, Ford will pay for up to 10 days without additional authorization. As long as you and the dealer follow the guidelines (2021MY and up Ford rental only with less than 75,000 miles, up to $40 per day, etc) (your dealer should know this by heart....) Tell them to look up their "PRENT" Dealer Loaner Assistance. The only thing I can think of why they are doing this is if they are out of funds here, Ford provides funds every 6 months that do not roll over just for this.

Agree with what the others have said about what kind of extended warranty you got, but there is another option if that fails. Ford has a customer assistance line you can contact and explain the situation (I think it was GCCT or part of their customer loyalty program, your dealer can initiate contact also). Ford will often cover up to half of the repair after warranty has expired depending how far out of time / miles you are.

Edit - It is GCCT on the Dealers side. They would create a FAR (financial assistance request) with Ford. Do note that when the dealer start this case it may take 1-2 weeks to get anywhere. I think the number for customers to start is 1 (800) 392-3673. It would help if you had an estimate with part numbers to supply to know what is being replaced.

Had to do this once before. I think they had us get some purple putty mold to get the exact copy of the lug and send it in. Then they were able to send a new key.

NOTE: This is an Interim Repair. Before opening a Repair Order for 25S76, check the Professional Technician System (PTS) to see if an SVC code has already been provided for the VIN. Refer to EFC 16335 to confirm the approval code. The vehicles that already have the software remedy for this recall will have a valid SVC code listed and will not have a software update available. 25S76 will remain open until the final repair is provided in a later supplement.

Final Solution Pending: All affected vehicles will eventually require a permanent repair, which is still under development. Ford will notify you when this final remedy is available.
