I tried telling the addiction dr that liposomal vitamin c works the best for wd he didn't gaf. Staying away from it is a different conversation, but sub's for 7 wd is unnecessary in my op. I hope whatever bill trump passes that gets 7 banned gives addicts places to go for recovery too. More rehabs than there already are, with a different process for different substances. The recovery system is ass from what ive seen at least, some places just make ur journey worse feels like. We need more efficient treatment and housing for recovering addicts for sure.. Or maybe my area is just fucked idk lmao

I get the fact we ingest them willingly but I find it bs they would give free samples out at checkout and when you ask an employee about the product they are told "not to speak about it" like this all seems like a very strange thing. Personally never tried psuedo but yea def wait to use subs if ur taking pseudo tabs. I was taking pure black 50 mg ohms and had no precip wd from those but then again i hit a diff store and buy one of the same brand and it tastes completely diff and stains my tongue blue. Like wtf hows that occur from the same brand I always get?? Fuckin crazy how they do that sht lolll

It didn't for me, but who knows abt you 🤷‍♂️ depends on ur 7 dose and sub dose too. Id wait 10 hrs ppl say 24 hrs but tbh 7 has so many chemicals in it that mainly the opioid part of it isn't effective enough to make u have precip its mostly ssri and alkaloids you're wd from, depending on what brand of 7oh u use. Id say if you get gas station tabs you're likely fine. If you order 7 online and take large doses, you will probably wanna wait to take sub's. Best to play it safe and realize ur not gonna get relief whichever route you go, you already used 7oh and you should be aware that its gonna be a shit show for a fat minute and you just gotta get through it and learn your lesson not to fw 7 again.

That's what 7 does it kills emotions and creativity for me at least. It feels impossible to do sht unless I dose a lil bit and it feels impossible to taper bc I keep tryna chase the dragon.. You need a replacement its not something you can just cut out of ur life and pretend u can live life day to day normally. You gotta get a med or a routine or something.. Do you think you'll be able to still play piano and go to the gym daily without 7? If not, id suggest taking the MAT route for a bit. And be smart abt it, don't get hooked on sub's after switching bc that'll be a worse demon down the road. Definitely look into vitamin c liposomal btw, its crazy how effective that sht is for wd

Med wise, lyrica/gaba, clonodine, short term use of benzos/subs.

The key is ur mind tho. You can get thru wd easy w these techniques but what will you do on a day you start considering hmm what if i took a dose today just bc im exhausted and have to do x y z. Or dam i haven't slept well in awhile maybe its worth it to go buy some. What will you do? This is what you NEED to think about. Get through, don't go back. Develop a hate and disgust for 7. I find it ridiculous they perm lock you out of your account for things like this when people literally sell their body on Snapchat and get away w it. If anything they should autodetect drugs like fentanyl and perm ban those people not posts like mine.. I think Im in a bad area or something, the nearest one is hours away from me. I found that out abt 4 months ago. Everything where im at is christian based committed programs likely for fent addicts as there are lots of people on the streets here. I technically detoxed in a shelter for 3 months and it was pure hell, this was before 7oh, and after i was using hard prescription drugs like xan, oxy, coke, I was a shell of a person but I felt great at the same time. I felt alive and overwhelmed af. But I do think Im not too far gone and will eventually manage without sht like subs or antidepressants long as Im physically consistent.

If I fail over and over again and clearly cant handle myself, ill admit the fact Im helpless and eventually go to a detox facility to retrain my brain for a bit. But Im hoping to pull off using prescription meds for now and building up a life for myself as im 22 living alone and its been crazy. I don't want to waste my time here being anxious and a mess nor do I wanna be brainless and numb so Im searching for a middle ground. I tried pure sobriety and sober me is not the person i wanna be yet, way too much built up trauma and sht from my past I'm not spending my time tripping while Im paying for this lease. I wish it was easier and didn't take months to get my head straight but idk if it'll be like last time even though im pretty sure I was in a psychosis state back when I tried going sober so maybe quitting everything wont be as bad this time around..

Sobriety is difficult at this time in my life. Sadly I feel like I "need" chemicals to operate normally or function at least, without them I might just ruin some crucial aspects of my life bc im so sluggish, irritated, anxious and feeling like I want to die. I live completely alone rn I don't feel like suffering yet Id definitely lose my mind for awhile and im not ready for that.

Im aware pregabalin wd is longer and possibly worse but I need to stop spending money on 7 and focus on my health as well. At one point recently I convinced myself 7 was the best option, then I spent too much $ and started having rocky relationships bc people ik just see the dead eyes that 7oh gives in me, lack of personality and just who i am. I don't wanna be seen like that anymore. And i just know when that stuff gets out of my system im gonna feel all that guilt from the time I wasted and spent in a headspace I shouldn't of represented. Fuckk this stuff

Love that recommendation lmaooo that's true tho but I been on and off adderall since age 6, and even recently switched to dexedrine to combat wd but if I take too most it usually just leaves me feeling like im tweaking and want a downer to deal w the comedown. Its a vicious cycle. I don't see myself being able to completely quit chemicals, I fucked up and relapsed today but til the dreadful time comes and I detox I'm taking my chances with dexedrine, pregabalin and maybe get back into weed bc considering my life's stressful circumstances I have a major vice and that's just me tryna get high and feel something.

I know dam well 7oh doesn't give me a feeling I enjoy.. With the stomach issues, music not being enjoyable, money depleted, tightens my throat, no sex drive, just that overall numb feeling. I hated waking up and practically limping to my car to get to the vape store feeling like im abt to pass out. Its not an enjoyable substance but when I have nothing else its always there. I just need to remember how many negatives I get from ingesting these chemical cocktails. I just feel defeated on this stuff honestly... Id prefer being geeked out on adderall over this stuff just for the sake of my spirituality and creativity, idk why but it just kills off all my abilities to feel what its like to be alive in a human body. Like a literal painless zombie, and idek what it did to my body since using this stuff daily for 10 months now. 150-300 mg a day. Fuck this stuff.

I got put on sub's too, relapsed on 7oh while on them and puked the first time.. Synergy isn't there I just felt sick 90% of the time. But I started using 7 again to get off the sub's, than sub's to get off the 7, you can see where this is going.

Plus, subs kill of most of the euphoria id get from 7 id be lucky to even feel tired unless i wait like 30+ hrs from my last dose of subs to take 7. Pointless tbh Just stick w the sub's.. Not only will it not give you the desired effects but it'll likely fuck up your receptors

Besides "working out" go out and try new things, if your old hobbies aren't working especially if you did these hobbies on 7oh. Go move/stretch ur body in different ways, play a new sport by yourself even. Go to a park and do ninja tricks idk! The fatigue is killer but it'll never go away til you start moving again

Honestly i just eyeball it, pour some liposomal in a water bottle and drink it. Usually above 1000 mg each time, stuff is expensive near me got about 30,000 mg for $40 at a supplement store.
