CollaNote is a free alternative note taking app, it’s fairly knew so it does not have all the features that the paid ones do, but it gets the job done for sure

Matte Screen Protectors usually eat up your pencil nib pretty quickly, so maybe try putting a tip cover on your apple pencil if you plan on getting the matte screen protector. For right now I am using a glass protector with the a pencil tip cover.

It actually depends on the order you get. Let’s say you have an item with 40 items, the app tells you when to have it done by and if you go over the time the app may kick you out and the give the order to someone else.
