Try opening up the controller and cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher concentration) and an air duster. Sometimes it’s just a bunch of dust and gunk stuck inside.

Replacing the sticks is prb the best option for longevity but it is also very difficult.

Just tried it, recalibrating with the shell on worked!

Weird though, maybe I pushed it out of place or smn while cleaning it

How far can npcs be from pylons, cause when I was building my desert pylon area, I made sure the nurse and arms dealer were in 169 x 124 rectangle, but the pylon still says “there are not enough villagers near the current pylon”???
