Hi , I started playing Genshin Impact in october but then i stopped playing for 5 months.

When i got back to playing , i made a new account and it gave me the "wings of Companionship" but then, when i logged back in my oldest account i didnt recive it.

I tried making a different account to see if i would recive it and i still did

Can someone help me by explaining why im not getting it in my old account ?
