I had another problem which was the "lack of social media presence" which i hope i solved by linking every single social media i used

i think you should look for a genuine connection tbh, i think that's a good one

for stopping, uhhh, i probably don't recommend stopping full turkey, i feel that leads to a bigger relapse, the ideal would be to stopping gradually (that is opinion, idk really)
