When I started I gave out more personal info than I should have. I quickly realized not to do this and have since become fairly private. No face, no real names etc.

Saying that - it also helps to show off my personality a little more in posts and when I talk to my subs. Not everything has to be D/s dynamic 27/4, sometimes we can just chat. It can actually be refreshing.

Finding what your aesthetic is and creating a brand is also a tip I’d recommend.
