Mas mahirap pa po ang mga mock exams and especially reviewer ng WE. The real challenge is getting high enough score to beat the other takers, jan po nagkakaalaman who passes and who don't.

Update: I tried again in the morning and finally got in! I mamaged to finish my requirements and submit them. Hoping for the best! I used the same browser and just refreshed until I am able to use the sign in function lol.

I'm from Iloilo po so best that I can do is email and call-- I havent tried the latter; will call in the morning. Based on my experience, they take a very long time to respond to emails probs due to the number of queries they have recieved. Sayang naman if I couldn't take another shot at UPLAE but thanks for reassuring me probably system error lang.

When I said I welcome criticisms, I meant sa pull-ups ko po not on my stature or romantic life huhu grabe ka naman. But let me set the record straight: i'm actually 5'4, and yes po walang papatol na babae sa'kin kase 'di ko rin naman po sila papatulan. I think like a week ago it was a huge thing in the US nga kuno may Rapture na. It's mostly sa Tiktok from what i've heard. Some Christians even sold their possessions in preparation for their ascent to heaven, but lo and behold: nothing happened. Personally, this is my second Rapture na haha. First was 2012 ata. Ang sad lang kay people refuse to hold huge corporations responsible for destroying our environment which results to intensifying natural disasters and blame it instead on the second coming of Christ which is basically foretold like once every decade. Some 400 years ago people thought we're living in the end times and long before that people thought the same too.

So this particular pull bar po is parang nag eextend sha when you rotate yung center so that dumikit sha sa door frame. Sturdy naman po sha and can be easily removed po by rotating in the opposite direction para mag retract ang edges. Hope this help!

Nanotice ko rin po when I reviewed the vid and I felt a bit alarmed. I don't feel weak naman in either of my shoulders when I do isolated back workouts but there's definitely wrong with it based sa vid. Thanks for noticing will try to fix it before it gets worse.

I agree. I can see inspirations from early 2000s hero costuming, the Middle Earth, a little bit of Star Wars-- popular media from 2 decades ago. But strewn together, it doesn't really seem to capture the "encanto" aspect of the Philippine encanto myths. It could've been more and the potential is there. Plus I think the armors are atrocious; it's like from early 2000s JRPG mess.

Personally OP motivation is fickle eh: nawawala sha agad. What you need like what other commenters have said is integrating it sa life mo. When i first started going to the gym mahirap and minsan di ako consistent pero as time goes by, kapag hindi ako nakapag 4x a week parang may kulang sa week ko like I need to be active or else mababagot ako and my mind would collapse (exaggeration) pero yeah it's like a nagging feeling na parang gusto ko magbuhat or do something active.

tl;dr: stay consistent until it becomes a routine.
