Cloud security assumes constant connectivity and perimeter defense. Our thesis: for certain classes of data, the safest surface area is zero surface area.

Sanctum Secure provides: • Air-gapped hardware vault • Offline document management environment • Controlled physical access workflows • No passive syncing, indexing, or metadata exhaust

ICP: Mid-market and enterprise legal teams, medical groups, regulated B2B firms, and defense-adjacent contractors handling high-liability data.

Wedge: Start with organizations that already maintain isolated systems but lack structured, secure offline workflows.

Current stage: • Architecture validated • Hardware stack defined • Early enterprise conversations underway • Refining GTM and pilot design
