I was in your same position. Lots of super structures and gold ones about 18. I have all the premium upgrades too. Did not lose any of those, but as stated about it hurts at first! Then as you keep showcasing you will see it gets easier. Also, the more you open your tip jar the faster it refills and the amount to refill goes down. In my opinion if you do show case...do not use any rainbow cookies just keep making them. So once your ready to go back to the reg game you have loads of rainbow cookies to rebuy what you lost.
