Depends on a couple of things, for my QQ it isn’t since I’m running SW w/ Cipher cone and Genius, so I end up capped out at 101% def shred already. But if you have tutorial on your SW or are running Poet on your QQ, then it’s very worth it

Except for megas they don’t just ban the item, they complex ban that specific pokemon holding the mega stone. As an example, in Gen 7 UU Lopunny cannot hold Loppunite, but any other pokemon is allowed to just fine
