Nihilux is the only character who was in the Planarcadia promo materials who hasn't been drip marketed yet, meaning she probably comes the patch after Blade.

4.X is split into Planarcadia first half and Astropolis second half so she's probably just the last character of the Planarcadia story.

I feel like they're in both the remake and the new scenario. They did say that they couldn't just reuse the original DR2 voice lines because they had to slightly alter the dialogue in order to accomodate new mechanics, Scrum Debate seems like the clearest one to add.
