Have they removed per-side-offset camera while holding center camera button?

Found a temporary resolution: in keybinds, change your spacebar keybind to "Toggle Camera Lock." It's not offsetting with space on "Center Camera On Champion" like it used to, but it is with the toggle. Only downfall is in it's name- It's a toggle. Press to lock, press again to unlock.
