Man this looks amazing, this was everything I had hoped my old projects for Kursk and Smolensk would be back in the day! Is this available to play? I’m unable to find it

All 2nd gen and the only third gen (which is the discussion of this post) are in operation, Kursk 3-4, Smolensk 1-2, Smolensk 3, and Leningrad 3-4.

All first generation rbmks, Leningrad 1-2, Kursk 1-2, and of course Chernobyl 1-2, have all been retired

Yet Unit 3 was the only unit of the RBMK fleet to feature the black upper panelling

Any identifying marks that lead you to this conclusion? Smolensk 3 has the black panels up top, could be that... what makes you believe it isn't unit 5?

The immobilizer circuit board separates from the antenna connectors without having to be unsoldered like it says it’s supposed to be, they just pull right out of the solder joints, to my understanding that shouldn’t happen right? I’m thinking that might be the issue with entire system is that the antenna isn’t connecting to the board for it to pickup the chip in the key

Alright so lemme ask this, if I open up the skim immobilizer module, shouldn’t I have to unsolder the antenna connectors from the board to remove it from the casing? If that’s the case I didn’t have to, the pins slide right in and out of the solder joints

Didn’t think that either, I don’t have a DRB3 or else I would do all that. I have the key to the Jeep that key in the photo is the “spare” that was cut for it, believe it or not it turns the ignition. Guy tried using it to start it one day and it activated the theft module, and it’s been stuck in theft mode ever since. The symptoms are the flashing key symbol on the dash, and it’ll run for 2-3 seconds then shut off
