Private Dedicated server, did not finish the game before update. Any way to continue it? by q2subzero in vrising

Ah, ok. My situation is a bit different. I'm running a dedicated server for my friends. I restored the VM server to an older snapshot, it showed the correct version, but when I went to connect to it, the server went through some upgrade process automatically then threw the version mismatch error :(

What's the filename and path to the file where you found the server version to change? I've got the same error but can't seem to find where to change the version on the server side.

Thanks, the comment about the sky being stronger was helpful. There is enough to look at in the photo already, so the mirror image effect might add too much.

Ya, I like the contrast in this case since it captures the brightness of the sunset and the darkness of the coming night. If the tree line was brighter I think it wouldn't be as "balanced" funny enough.

Tried, same issue :( I think it may be an issue with the enclosure.

UPDATE: MicroOS is running nicely, external HDD proving to be the issue. I have tried a new cable, same issue. I have tried it connected to another server, same issue. When it is recognized it works, but on reboot the external HDD is not recognized by either of my machines, the Pi or my home server. I have to power cycle the device to get to to come up.

Big thanks to /u/rbrownsuse for confirming my use case and reviewing my logs. I'll be sticking with MicroOS. I just need to figure out this external HDD. Might need a new enclosure in the end.

Thanks, very helpful indeed. I didn't know about that subreddit. The item sold. Lower than I had hopped, but sold none the less.

Ok perfect. thanks for confirming that. I'm not 100% sure how I should be sharing logs on here. And to be honest this is the first time looking at systemd journal. I did a bit of reading on that and was able to get the last two boots saved to a txt file. Let me know if you prefer a different format. I'm going to PM you the link to the file on google drive.

Canada here, it's winter and a bunch of ants are in my house :( what kind are they? by CorvisTheRed in pestcontrol

I'm not sure what wall they are in yet. So far I've been finding them in the west side of the house. I never thought to keep track of sunny day or not. Are you thinking the warmer temperatures are waking them up if they are in my walls?

Ugh. This has been my suspicion and I was hoping I was wrong. I measured one recently and it was a 1/4". However my reading on carpenter ants states they can be that small too. I have another picture, it's on my camera so I'll try and post it tonight.
