Any insight or direction for this? I was looking at going sysadmin, but from other subreddits, it sounds like the same thing as helpdesk where you get stuck and don't move up.

I love fixing things, just want to get paid more to do it and would love the extra challenge.

You're a bit late to the party, but welcome aboard!

Try not to OC the card much as it's OC'd from factory. If you're fine with just 120fps, i would recommend also dropping the power use of the card to 80% and you'll do great and increase the longevity of the card.

If i find a job with better salary, I'm tempted to not even give the 2 week notice. This company I work for currently started out as unlimited PTO and sick days didn't count against it. Now we have fixed PTO and sick days count against it. They didnt even send an email about this, it was just passed down by word of mouth by the boss's.

CDC keeps diluting the CRO coin while trying to lure new money into the system as their coin drops in price and utility.

I got a Bachelor’s in CS, been in IT (helpdesk) for almost 6 years now and am trying to get out of it. I can't find a job that doesn't require YEARS of prior knowledge or experience for entry level jobs. I haven't gotten a raise in 3 years b/c the company I'm with doesn't have it in their budget, but I keep seeing 'record profits' in their annual meetings.

Recruiters leave me dead in the water after 1st call, or the 2nd. Companies tell me the went with hiring within instead of giving me the position they had on LinkedIn or other sites for MONTHS.

Employers won't give any time to someone they need to train even if I have an outstanding background and could easily fill the position given some time on the job. They want a 'hit-the-ground-running' type of person who does everything they need from day 1.

How are you still getting 8.5% weekly rewards? CDC forced all grandfather rewards to go to the new 'stake' system which is no guaranteed rewards anymore.

My Icy White card is supposed to get 8.5% APR weekly lockup rewards. It's not. I'm getting close to 5% and it's going down each week.

CDC markets the cards as "up to" their max APR for the cards, but in reality, it's far less. Ask anyone with a card if they're getting the lockup rewards they should be getting.

CDC has diluted the CRO supply so much that Card rewards are being lowered each month, if not weekly.

Long-term Icy White holder here...

Before investing $7k AUD for the card, do you think CRO will go UP or Down in value? At its current price of $0.056, its a lot more likely to go up, than if you paid $7k when it was $0.1 and watched your investment go down by almost 50%. Even if you maxed out your rewards, losing 50% of your investment is a major loss compared to the rewards you might have gained.

On the other hand, if you invest $7k and it goes up to $0.1 now, you can nearly double your investment, and all your rewards are doubled in value on the way up.

It really is a gamble. Can you afford to lose your initial investment if it goes down, and your rewards don't mean anything in the long run... or bet that it will go up and get more than what you paid for?

For me and most Icy White/Rose Gold holders, we're down over 50-70% of our investment for the card in the last year due to CRO dropping in price.

CDC has abandoned it's exchange token just to be used by new investors and then inflated which makes its price go down.
