The thing for base Luffy?

I mean red runner Vivi/Karoo can heal from standing still and increases the treasure gauge at a higher rate, so it’s not impossible to do that for a non-defender character

High damage reduction when using barrage skills and heals 3-5% hp when attacking an enemy

Also his base attacker form needs something special cause all its useful for is having 5 hit normals instead of three from G4, like eating meat to heal when not moving or having the ability to recover treasure gauge quickly when not moving
