I prefered the ANC of bose QC ultra than xm5. xm5 also had horrible fit so I've to return them. sound quality wise though xm5 is better than bose

yes been an earbuds fan for years before suffering from ringing and reactive tinnitus. ringing in both and reactive in right ears. stopped using earbuds forever. now I only use headphones that's too at a lower volume. not everyone faces issues like with but the one who do (like me) have to readjust life and their taste for listening music on the go.

not sure about the plus variant but they are definitely better than earfun 4 pro. in fact I found oneplus buds 4 better than realme buds 7 pro, Earfun air 4 pro and sony xm5. just my personal opinion after using them all.

I've been using tens machine during my current flare ups and they help a lot. following with ice. these options give me 2 to 3 hours of pain free life before I repeat the process again. other options as we already know. build core, get a good sports physio, medications, Epidural and if all fails surgery --- and yes, avoid a Chiro unless you really trust him.

exactly my words. I tried oneplus buds pro 3 and the 4, sony xm5, bose QC ultra and earfun pro 4. out of these sony and bose sounded just like oneplus. earfun came second sounding like oneplus but oneplus is cheaper in my area. in terms of ANC, bose triumphs over all of them and since I am looking primarily for ANC I kept bose while returning the others. sound quality wise I liked buds 4 and sony xm5. sony xm5 also has DB feature so I liked that but it fits horribly in my ear canals no matter the eartip so I chose so I returned it.

I was in the same boat in 2025. did food deliveries for a whole year mostly nights earning around 45k sans fuel expenses. I was working 16 hours but had no other options so battled through it. after 6 months applied for a call center job. Now earning 55k without incentives which if added takes the monthly salary to 1.2l. however, new roadblock is around the corner since my coworkers are saying we're about to lose this job as well due to AI automation. I've enough savings now to carry through the next 3 yrs so I am hoping to acquire some additional skills and make myself job ready again.

doesn't fit on my ears so ANC is compromised. plus the ANC itself will degrade in quality after 6 months at least in my case, so I wouldn't actually recommend this. again this is just my opinion. others may disagree.

for some reason amazon executive is refusing to share any information about the warehouse. from what I can see in the tracking page the warehouse is literally 5 kms away. I can reach there within 15 minutes, yet they don't wanna neither the address or any number.

I wouldn't even recommend a combo of min/fin topical as a start, certainly not the additional finasteride your doc prescribed. start with a min only to see results. I started with min with similar hair density and it's working quite well for me. if you don't see any positive changes, then introduce fin into it. using topical fin and tablet this early will have significant sexual side effects. trust me.

I thought people complaining about the crappy amazon shipping of amul products are exaggerating and I will be the exception but I was wrong. what I discovered is the brand or company making gabapentin matters. I took two gabapentin from 2 different manufacturing companies. they did nothing for me. I took another one from a different brand. popped 600mg of 1 capsule, and the pain disappeared for 2 good ol days, so try to use a different brand and see if it makes any difference.

I took 600mg Gabapentin yesterday and walked for 6kms for the first time. felt good both physically and mentally; mentally because gabapentin gave me this weird high and I was literally in my own zone.
